We try to keep this short. PlayOn collects only what we need to run leagues, take payments, and reach you about your team.

What we collect

• Account info — name, email, password hash. From you.
• Registration info — team name, captain contact, optional waiver signatures.
• Payment info — handled by Stripe; we store last-4 and the Stripe customer ID, never your full card number.
• Basic analytics — page views and aggregate signup counts.

How we use it

• To register your team and process payments.
• To send schedules, score updates, and league announcements (you can unsubscribe from non-transactional email).
• To improve the product based on aggregate usage.

Who we share with

• League owners — your name, captain contact, and team roster (if you join one).
• Stripe — for payments. Stripe's privacy policy.
• Supabase & Postmark — our hosting and transactional email vendors. They process data on our behalf.
• We do not sell your data to third parties.

Your rights

You can export or delete your data at any time. Email hello@playonleagues.com and we'll respond within 30 days.

Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you logged in. We don't run third-party tracking pixels.
