Terms of service

These terms govern your use of PlayOn — a rec-sports league platform that connects players, captains, and league owners. By creating an account or registering for a league you agree to the terms below.

1. Accounts

You must be at least 18 to create an account. You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for any activity under your account.

2. Registrations & payments

League fees are collected by Stripe at checkout. Refunds are subject to each league owner's policy and the league's published registration window. Once a season starts, fees become non-refundable unless an owner explicitly approves a refund.

3. Conduct

Show up, play hard, treat opponents and refs with respect. Owners may remove a player or team for unsportsmanlike conduct without refund.

4. Liability

PlayOn is a marketplace and registration platform — we don't operate the leagues themselves. League owners and venue operators are independently responsible for safety, supervision, and rules enforcement at their facilities. By participating you assume the inherent risks of recreational sport.

5. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a refreshed "last updated" date.
